1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and matbet ("matbet", "we", "us", "our"), operating the website at matbet.lat ("Platform"). By accessing the matbet Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the matbet Platform. matbet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account at matbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. matbet enforces this restriction without exception. Users who provide false age information may have their accounts permanently suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a citizen, resident, or current physical occupant of any jurisdiction where your use of the matbet Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current registration information at the time of account creation and maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the account lifecycle.
• You must hold only one (1) active account. Attempting to open, or actually opening, more than one account per individual is prohibited regardless of the payment method, device, or email address used.
• You must not be self-excluded from matbet or any other gaming platform with a self-exclusion arrangement matbet is bound to honour.

matbet reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — at any point and particularly prior to processing your first withdrawal. Failure to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your matbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. matbet will never request your password through any communication channel.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact matbet support immediately via live chat or email. matbet accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Account sharing — providing access to your matbet account to any other individual — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

matbet processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. matbet does not accept deposits from payment methods not listed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit: As displayed in the matbet cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Available to verified accounts only. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed same-day. Bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business hours of approval.
• Withdrawal verification: matbet may request proof of deposit method ownership before processing withdrawal requests. This is a fraud prevention measure and applies to all players.
• Third-party payments: Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your name are prohibited. Any such deposit will be reversed at matbet's sole discretion.
• Chargeback policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider while having an active matbet balance constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

matbet may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and enhanced odds from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the promotions page at the time the offer is live. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the matters they address.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are awarded to verified accounts in good standing only.
• A wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• matbet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome offers — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on matbet's sportsbook and casino games are subject to the specific rules governing that product. Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Test series, T20I, ODI, and domestic Pakistan tournaments — are governed by the matbet sportsbook rules. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games and by physical dealing and spinning for live dealer games.

matbet reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where it can be demonstrated that the outcome was known before the bet was placed. In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, the matbet trading decision is final subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 13.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited at matbet and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information regarding sporting outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the matbet Platform for any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing matbet staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players by any means.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the matbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game assets, audio clips, and software — is the property of matbet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted without the prior written consent of matbet.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, matbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from: service interruptions, software errors, delayed transactions, or actions of third-party payment providers.

matbet makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

10. Privacy and Data

matbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at matbet.lat/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein. matbet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

matbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides deposit limit tools, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options accessible from every account settings page. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately and to seek professional support.

Self-exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion from matbet at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. 13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of matbet that cannot be resolved through direct communication with matbet support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction.

Trading disputes regarding specific bets must be raised within 14 days of the disputed settlement.
